What this check proves — and what it doesn’t

It is one request, from your browser, to our API, just now. That is a real and useful thing to know, and it is all it is. Being specific about the limits, because a status page that overstates itself is worse than no status page:

• It does not prove the website is up for everyone. It proves this page loaded for you and that your network could reach us. A problem in one region, one browser or one CDN edge would not show here.
• It does not prove the paper desks are trading. The API answering says nothing about whether bots are being evaluated, orders are being simulated, or the market is even open.
• It is not a historical uptime record. There is no “99.9%” behind this number. It is a snapshot that disappears when you close the tab.
• “Market data is up to date” is one narrow test — that the engine can see its symbol catalog. It is not a per-symbol freshness audit.

Something is broken and this page says fine

Then this page is wrong and we would like to know. The check above is deliberately narrow, so plenty of real problems live in its blind spots.

• Tell us on Support — the form goes to a person who reads it the same day, or write to support@quantradin.com.
• Ask in the Discord room — the fastest way to find out whether it is just you.

What helps most: what you were doing, roughly when, and what you saw instead. That is enough for us to start.
